About us
I have been working in various areas of government offices for 35 years. I spent 15 years at Birmingham City Council and onwards as an independent contractor until 2024.
I have worked for council authorities all over the UK such as Lincolnshire, Coventry, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Solihull and back also at Birmingham.
My personal ethos is that everyone deserves the chance to obtain a standard of security that enables them to enjoy life to its fullest extent, within the legal boundaries of government assistance, where processes, documents and requirements are often complicated and off-putting. I have such a feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment when I see the faces of people I have helped, in all areas of their life, smiling with relief that they have in a small way, succeeded.
I am creative and dedicated member of the Empowerment Resource Centre team, where I supports the organisation through my work in administration and social media. With a strong background in teaching and youth engagement, i am passionate about creating content that connects, informs and inspires the community.
I am known for my positive attitude and organisational flair. I enjoy bringing ideas to life whether that’s through digital projects, events or helping others reach their goals.
